The transformer is the heart of your power infrastructure. We provide turnkey installation services for power and distribution transformers and Ring Main Units (RMU), ensuring your high-voltage intake is reliable, safe, and efficient. We strictly adhere to IS 2026 standards for installation and commissioning.

We handle the precise unloading and positioning of oil-filled and dry-type transformers. Our team assembles critical accessories like radiators, conservator tanks, explosion vents, and Buchholz relays, ensuring perfect alignment on the plinth.

For oil-filled units, we perform high-vacuum filtration to remove moisture and dissolved gases, ensuring the oil’s Dielectric Strength (BDV) meets the required kV rating before charging.

We install and terminate indoor/outdoor RMUs, which are critical for loop-in-loop-out connectivity in modern distribution networks. This includes setting up Load Break Switches (LBS) and Circuit Breakers for fault protection.

We execute high-precision terminations using heat-shrink or cold-shrink kits. This is a critical process where workmanship determines the longevity of the connection.

Before energizing, we conduct a comprehensive battery of tests including Insulation Resistance (Megger), Transformer Turn Ratio (TTR), Winding Resistance, and Vector Group verification to validate the equipment's health.
