Our Services / HT & LT Panel Boards

Panel boards serve as the brain of your electrical distribution. We design, supply, and commission CPRI type-tested panels that offer superior protection, control, and ease of maintenance. Our panels are custom-built to withstand the dust, heat, and humidity typical of Indian industrial environments.

We fabricate robust main distribution boards using high-conductivity copper/aluminum busbars and Tier-1 switchgear (L&T, Siemens, Schneider). These are designed to withstand high short-circuit currents (up to 65kA) and provide reliable isolation.

For process industries, we supply MCCs featuring various starting methods (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starters, VFDs) to provide precise control and protection for your motor loads.

To avoid DISCOM penalties and gain incentives, we install APFC panels. These use microprocessor relays to dynamically switch capacitor banks, maintaining a Power Factor close to unity (0.99 lag).

We integrate PLCs and HMI (Human Machine Interface) into our panels for automated plant control, remote monitoring, and data logging of energy parameters.
