Our Services / HDGI & FRP Cable Tray Installation

A well-organized cable network is essential for safety and maintenance. We design and install robust Cable Tray Management Systems using materials selected specifically for your plant's environmental conditions, ensuring longevity and compliance.

For general manufacturing and engineering plants, we install HDGI trays. These are dipped in molten zinc to form a thick, durable coating that resists corrosion and rust for decades.

For chemical plants, refineries, or coastal areas where metal corrodes, we install FRP trays. These are non-corrosive, non-conductive, lightweight, and fire-retardant, offering superior life in harsh atmospheres.

We install Ladder Type trays for heavy power cables (allowing maximum heat dissipation) and Perforated Type trays for instrumentation cables (providing physical protection).

We fabricate and install sturdy supports—cantilever arms, trapeze hangers, and vertical risers—ensuring the trays remain rigid and do not sag under the weight of heavy copper/ aluminum cables.
